Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland deliveries will be sent via DPD

Orders placed under the value of £100 will be charged a standard postage charge of £3.95 to Northern Ireland and £4.50 to ROL

Orders placed within Northern Ireland and ROL will be dispatched the same day if orders are placed before 12pm. If orders are placed after 12pm they will be dispatched the following day. Please allow 48hours for delivery.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday, and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday morning.This excludes Bank Holidays which will be dispatched on Tuesday Morning.

Tracking your order:

Once we have dispatched your order, an email confirming your ORDER TRACKING NUMBER will be sent to the email address you have provided us with. This means that your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of our delivery men/women. 

 

 Any item(s) undelivered by our courier partners must be received back to us for us to in order for us to be able to issue a refund, or resend the item(s). If the goods are lost during transit a refund will only be issued once we have investigated this with the carriers, and the case has been closed.

 

We at Statement Menswear take a great deal of care to quality-check all items thoroughly before they are dispatched, but please check items carefully upon delivery for any damages/faults and return them to us within the above returns period for a refund, store credit or a repair. All items returned as "faulty" will be subject to a thorough investigation to confirm that the damage is due to a manufacturing fault and not normal wear-and-tear, which is not covered by our returns policy. If possible please take a picture of the fault upon delivery and email it to us. All manufactures have provided us with assurance that the items they are producing have been tested for difference in an item that is faulty to one that has faults due to wear-and-tear. The item may need to be shipped to the manufacturer for them to assess and decide this, which can take up to 28days for them to do so. It is our discretion as to whether or not we will accept a faulty item.
