Returning your product because you have changed your mind:

Please return your item unused and in its original condition – i.e. all items must be returned with labels and tags intact. All items that are being refunded must be returned to us with proof of purchase within 38 days. We accept exchanges as long as the item is in its original condition,labels intact an the item hasn't be worn. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable. A full refund will be issued only if you meet our “terms &conditions” please see below.

Terms and conditions of our returns policy

if you have changed your mind about keeping your purchase and are looking to return it back to us, please make sure it is in its original condition and that you have proof of purchase. We are happy to issue a refund or an exchange only if the following conditions are met;

  • ALL items must be returned to us in original condition packaging with labels and tags intact.
  • If there is visible proof of an item being worn i.e. visible stains or odor smells-no refund will be issued, and the items will be returned to the delivery address.
  • Items must be returned to us within 38 days of purchase – any later than this no refund will be issued. 

EXCHANGING AN ITEM

Items can be exchanged as long as they are returned to us in their original packaging, manufactures labels intact and the product itself is unused or worn. Returning shipping cost is no refundable. However, if the item is being returned due to Statement Menswear’s error (damaged, defective, wrong items sent etc.) we will refund Royal Mail first class, or our standard parcel postage costs. If you are exchanging the goods you will have to pay the delivery costs of re-shipping the goods to you. Don’t worry; a member of our team will be in touch with beforehand to notify you about this charge. We will never charge you for re-shipping the goods without your prior approval.
